I moved to The Falls at Garrett Creek in 2008. My previous work experience is a secretary for two major oil companies. I have been on the board of the HOA for 8 years, president for 7 years. I fully believe in the HOA. It assures our homes will keep their value, and the pond and grass areas will be well maintained. We are constantly thinking of new projects and opportunities to make this an outstanding place. Don't hesitate to contact me with anything that is on your mind.

My husband and I moved to Owasso in June of 2014. We were so happy to make Owasso our new home. Although my husband passed away in 2017, I have continued to love this community and find my roots go deep here. It’s exciting to see Owasso grow: new businesses, improved streets, highway widening, continued population growth, and great schools! I graduated from College High School in Bartlesville and obtained my BS from Southern Nazarene University. That opened the door for me to work at Northeastern State University in Broken Arrow as a Career Counselor. Now retired and enjoying life as a grandmother and the privilege of serving our neighborhood on our Home Owner’s Board of The Falls At Garrett Creek.

I have been an Owasso resident for 43 years. I retired from American Airlines after a 42 year career where I was responsible for various positions in customer service, finance, inventory and planning. I decided to become a HOA board member in 2021 to help keep TFAGC community a positive, clean neighborhood and to protect our property values. I would love to partner with neighbors to see more of Owasso's City of Character program incorporated into our neighborhood.

Hello! I’m Cassandra Jackson-Smith, the wife of Paul and mother to Clytie and Shahim! We are fairly new to Owasso we moved to the FOGC in October 2021! As for me personally, I grew up in Tulsa! I’m a social worker turned educator! Currently I work at the University of Oklahoma as a Professor in the Social Work Department. Prior to joining OU, I worked for the state of Oklahoma in various capacities, both at OKDHS (Department of Human Services) and DMH (Department of Mental Health).). I joined the Board because I love people and I love to serve! My hope is to make our neighborhood one of the BEST communities in Owasso!

I am new as both a resident in TFAGC and as a member of the HOA board. I moved to Owasso from South Texas in 2009. I am married to Julie, a teacher and have two teanage daughters who attend OPS. I have been in the Forestry and Outdoor Power Equipment distribution sector for the vast majority of my career. I have worked with municipalities, state, federal and tribal governments, military, and both mass channel & independent retailers, over the course of my career, dealing with financial statements, logistics, procurement, AR&AP, budgets, and personal management. I have served on several boards and councils for the last 20+ years. I am involved with the HOA because I want to keep the quality of our neighborhood at a high level while getting to know my fellow neighbors and serving the neighborhood.
